Yuliya has always been active in her school community, beginning at the American College of Sofia, where she was Secretary of the Student Council, President of Junior Achievement, and a representative in the Bulgarian Youth Parliament. For work experience, Yuilya organized Halloween and Christmas parties for local community organizations in Bulgaria, in addition to working at the Public Relations Department of the New Symphony Orchestra and as an intern in the Stella Tours travel agency. At Sciences Po, Yuliya is a member of the cheerleading squad and a scriptwriter for RIMUN. She is an assistant to the current BDE Director of Nightlife (Adam Basuljevic) and was essential to the organization of the biggest BDE events of the year, such as Yelloween. She has developed a wonderful working relationship with her fellow BDE Nightlife Assistant, Guillaume, to ensure perfect teamwork for next year. She has amazing language skills, working as a translator for the Interlang; she speaks fluent Bulgarian, Russian, and English, and upper intermediate French.
